Sport: Banchory St. Ternan hammer Inverness City

Saints secured a good victory at Lister Park in Inverness.
Banchory St. Ternan stormed to a 4-1 victory over a lucklustre Inverness City side at Lister Park on Saturday.

Ben McGregor scored a brace as the Saints claimed their first away win of the season.

Newly-promoted Inverness proved no match for Banchory, and goals from Scott Davie and Danny Casey helped put the result beyond doubt.

The victory means the Saints sit in sixth place in the PMAC Group Superleague with nine points in seven games.

They'll play seventh-placed Deveronside at Milton Park next Saturday (October 11).
